Note: We highly recommend measuring your dog with a soft tape before placing your order. When you receive the package, please carefully try on the new items indoors, in case you need to return them.
We really hope you love Bingo & Friends as much as we do! But if for some reason you would like to make a return, please read the info below.
Returns & Refunds:

We have a 14 days Returns & Refunds Policy, which means that you have 14 days to decide whether or not to keep your items. If 14 days have passed since your products got delivered, they unfortunately cannot be returned.

The customer will have to cover the return postage. We do not cover postage costs for returns, exchanges, or any customs fee that may apply. For you to get a refund on your products, they must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If there’s signs of use your return may be rejected.
How To Return:
Please contact us at bingoandfriends.shop@gmail.com - Before 14 days have passed since you got your products delivered and before returning your package. we will then instruct you on how to start your return. Keep the original packing, you will need this to return your items in, along with your name and order number.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order, and please keep your tracking numbers.
Getting Your Refund:
Once the return item(s) is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified via email and automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If not approved, your return is rejected and a refund will not be issued.
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from receiving your notification email please;

double check your bank account (keep in mind that the amount refunded won’t include shipping post for the original order)

Exchanges:
We unfortunately do not accept exchanges. If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us for a return, wait to receive your refund and then make a new purchase with the new size.
Import Taxes

You as the buyer are responsible for any custom and import tax fees that may apply when ordering from Bingo & Friends. We cannot cover the costs of these, even if there’s a need for a return.
